Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: 1 January 2026
These Terms and Conditions ('Terms') govern your use of the SkyeOne platform ('Platform'), operated by SkyeOne ('we', 'us', 'our'). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
1 Use of the Platform
•
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and make bookings on SkyeOne.
•
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
•
You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
•
SkyeOne reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms without prior notice.
2 Bookings
•
A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the advance payment through the Platform.
•
Booking confirmations are sent via email and in-app notification. SMS confirmations are sent as a secondary channel.
•
SkyeOne acts as a facilitator between customers and vendors. The contractual obligation for service delivery lies with the vendor.
•
SkyeOne does not guarantee the quality of any third-party vendor's services but maintains quality standards through ratings, reviews, and periodic audits.
3 Payments
•
All payments must be made through SkyeOne's integrated payment gateway. Offline or direct payments to vendors are not permitted for Platform-originated bookings.
•
Payment tranches (advance, milestone, balance) are structured based on booking lead time. Refer to the payment schedule on the booking confirmation for your specific amounts and due dates.
•
Failure to make a scheduled payment by the due date may result in automatic booking cancellation per our Auto-Cancel policy.
•
SkyeOne charges a platform commission, deducted from the advance payment only. All subsequent tranches are disbursed to the vendor in full.
