1. How do I book a venue or service on SkyeOne?
Booking on SkyeOne is simple and takes under 5 minutes: Search by city, event type, or venue name. Browse venue listings and add-on services (catering, decor, photography, makeup, and more). Select your date, guest count, and preferred add-ons. Confirm your booking and pay the advance securely through the platform. Receive instant booking confirmation with all event details. Your booking is protected end-to-end — from advance to final balance.
2. What is the payment schedule? Do I need to pay everything upfront?
No — you only pay a portion upfront. SkyeOne splits your payment into easy tranches based on how far your event is: Booked 15+ days before the event: Pay 20% now, 50% at 15 days before, and 30% at 7 days before. Booked 7–15 days before: Pay 50% now, 50% closer to the event. Booked within 7 days: Full payment upfront (rush booking). All payments are made securely through the SkyeOne platform — no cash or bank transfers to vendors directly.
3. What is the cancellation and refund policy?
Your refund depends on how early you cancel: Cancel 30+ days before the event: Full advance refunded (minus platform commission). Cancel 15–29 days before: 50% of your advance is refunded. Cancel 8–14 days before: No refund on advance; any milestone payment is returned. Cancel within 7 days or on the event day: No refund. We recommend booking early to give yourself maximum flexibility. For force majeure situations (natural disasters, government shutdowns), SkyeOne will mediate a fair resolution including date reschedule or platform credits.
4. Are the prices shown inclusive of GST?
Yes. All prices displayed on SkyeOne are GST-inclusive — what you see is exactly what you pay. There are no surprise taxes added at checkout. Each vendor independently manages their GST compliance, so your invoice reflects the all-in price from the moment you search.
5. Can I add catering, decor, or other services after booking a venue?
Absolutely. SkyeOne is a full-stack event platform — you can mix and match services: Add catering, decor, photography, makeup, DJ, or other services at any time after venue booking. Each add-on has its own availability calendar and pricing. All add-ons are booked and paid through the same platform — one dashboard, one payment flow. Bundle discounts may apply when you book multiple services together.
6. Is my booking and payment secure?
Yes — fully. SkyeOne uses an escrow-based payment system: Your money is held securely by our payment gateway — it is never released directly to vendors at the time of booking. Vendor payouts happen in stages, tied to your payment schedule. In the event of any dispute, funds in escrow are held until resolution. We support all major UPI apps, credit/debit cards, and net banking. SkyeOne never stores your card or bank details.
7. What happens if a vendor cancels my booking?
Vendor-initiated cancellations are taken extremely seriously on SkyeOne. If a vendor cancels a confirmed booking: You receive a 100% refund of all amounts paid — advance, milestone, and balance. The vendor is charged a cancellation penalty. Our team immediately works to find you an equivalent replacement venue or service. Vendors with repeated cancellations are removed from the platform. Your event is our priority.
